Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, keadilan organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk divisi Flight Operations Center (FOC). Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 50 karyawan PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk divisi Flight Operations Center (FOC). Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Keadilan Organisasi, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational justice and work stress on turnover intention. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk, Flight Operations Center (FOC) division. The sample used was 50 employees of PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk, Flight Operations Center (FOC) division. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
