Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of Work Stress, Workload, and Compensation on Employee Performance of PT Penascop Maritim Indonesia. The object of this research is employee who work at PT Penascop Maritim Indonesia. This study was conducted on 66 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show that the Work Stress variable has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance, Workload has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance and Compensation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. In the analysis of research data used a statistical approach which was carried out using SPSS 23 program. Therefore the results of this research test state that there is a joint effect between Work Stress, Workload, and Compensation on Employee Performance of PT Penascop Maritim Indonesia. Keywords: Work Stress, Workload, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Penascop Maritim Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Penascop Maritim Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 66 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variable Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dalam analisis data penelitian digunakan pendekatan statistika yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 23. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Penascop Maritim Indonesia.
