Abstract
In the production system, maintenance activities are activities to maintain operational continuity and machine performance so that it runs as expected, so that the machine or equipment can always run normally and keep production running. In this case, a manufacturing company engaged in electronics which in its production process involves a CNC Router experiencing problems in its production process, especially in balancing production schedules and producing products that reject or fail. So from this the author aims to find out what the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value on the CNC Router machine at PT XYZ. Provide suggestions or recommendations for maintenance and repair to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the machine. Based on these objectives the author uses several methods to obtain some data from the company, namely by conducting field studies, library studies, interviews with operators, live leaders, and suvervisors. OEE method is the best method for identifying engine performance and looking for the highest or low loss of effectiveness of the engine. The OEE highest value occurred on March 18, 2020 which was 86.47% with an availability rate of 95.24%, a performance rate of 95.40%, a quality rate of 95.18%. While the lowest OEE value occurred on March 09, 2020 which was 79.36% with an availability rate of 86.51%, a performance rate of 96.53%, a quality rate of 95.03%. The Six Big Losses factor that affects the low productivity and effectiveness of the CNC Router machine is known by analyzing the fishbone diagram, which is equipment failures with a result of 54.13% of the total time losses. Keywords: overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), breakdown, downtime, availability, performance, quality, equipment failures, six big losses, router Di dalam sistem produksi, kegiatan maintenance merupakan kegiatan untuk menjaga keberlangsungan operasional dan kinerja mesin agar berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, sehingga mesin atau peralatan dapat selalu berjalan dengan normal dan menjaga produksi tetap berjalan. Dalam kasus ini perusahaan manufactur yang bergerak di bidang elektronik yang dalam proses produksi nya melibatkan alat CNC Router mengalami masalah dalam proses produksinya terutama dalam mengimbangi schedule produksi dan menghasilkan produk yang reject atau gagal. Maka dari ini penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin CNC Router di PT XYZ. Memberikan usulan atau rekomendasi pemeliharaan dan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektifitas mesin. Berdasarkan dengan tujuan tersebut penulis menggunakan beberapa metode untuk mendapatkan beberapa data dari perusahaan, yaitu dengan melakukan studi lapangan, studi pustaka, wawancara dengan operator, live leader,dan suvervisor. Metode OEE merupakan metode terbaik untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja mesin dan mencari losses tertinggi atau rendahnya efektifitas dari mesin. Nilai OEE tertinggi terjadi pada tanggal 18 maret 2020 yaitu sebesar 86,47 % dengan nilai availability rate 95,24% , performance rate 95,40%, quality rate 95,18%. Sedangkan nilai OEE yang terendah tejadi pada tanggal 09 maret 2020 yaitu sebesar 79,36% dengan availability rate 86,51% , performance rate 96,53%, quality rate 95,03%. Faktor Six Big Losses yang berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya produktifitas dan efektifitas mesin CNC Router diketahui dengan analisa fishbone diagram yaitu equipment failures dengan hasil 54,13 % dari total time losses.
