Abstract
Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is one of the urban development concepts that prioritizes the use of public transportation rather than private vehicles. And it is hoped that in the design of this TOD area it will be able to attract the interest of the community so that they can switch to mass transportation and thereby reduce congestion in the Capital City of Jakarta. In addition, the TOD area is also designed with the concept of green architecture. Green architecture, simply has the understanding of buildings or the built environment that can reduce or be able to do the efficiency of material resources, water and energy. Keywords: Transit Oriented Development, Green Architecture. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan salah satu konsep pengembangan kawasan perkotaan yang mengutamakan pemanfaatan transportasi publik daripada kendaraan pribadi. Dan diharapkan dengan di rancangnya kawasan TOD ini dapat menarik minat masyarakat agar bisa beralih ke transportasi masal dan dengan begitu dapat mengurangi kemacetan yang ada di Ibu Kota Jakarta. Selain itu juga Kawasan TOD ini juga di desain dengan konsep bangunan arsitektur hijau. Arsitektur hijau, secara sederhana mempunyai pengertian bangunan atau lingkungan binaan yang dapat mengurangi atau dapat melakukan efisiensi sumber daya material, air dan energi. Kata Kunci: Transit Oriented Development, Arsitektur hijau.
