Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation, work environment and the school principals' leadership on teachers’ job satisfaction in the Islamic School, Tangerang Regency, Banten. The research was conducted from march 21, 2018 to December 20, 2018). This research is a quantitative research. The population at the object is all teachers’, 86 people and the number of samples is equal to the total population of 86 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression by the help of SPSS sofware version 25,0 for Windows. The results showed that work motivation, work environment and leadership of the school principals together (simultaneous) had positive and significant influences on teachers’ job satisfaction at the Permata Insani Islamic School, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Partially work motivation, the work environment, and the school principal's leadership each has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction, work motivation has the highest influence on teachers job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Principal Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Teachers’ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di sekolah permata insani islamic school, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari tanggal 21 Maret 2018 sampai dengan 20 Desember 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah semua guru yaitu berjumlah 86 orang dan jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi keseluruhan yaitu 86 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 25,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di sekolah permata insani islamic school, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja merupakan variabel paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja guru.
