Abstract

This study was to find out how much the effectiveness Interpersonal communication of human resources departement on employee performance PT.Ecorindo Jasa Prima.This study uses a survey method that aims to explain the causal between research variables with the submission of inferensial statistics.The population in this study were 50 employees of PT.Escorindo with census sampling techniques which mean that not all samples were taken from the population. Based on he result of the study showed the variable effectiveness inerpersonal communication of Human resources Departement have big influences on employee performance. The result showed the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance 89%. He conclution of this study is that there is effectiveness Interpersonal Communication of Human Resources Departement to employee Performance. Keywords : Interpersonal Comunication, Human Resorces Departement, Empolyee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besar nya Efetivitas komunikasi interpersonal human resource departement terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Escorindo jasa Prima , Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang berujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat di antara variable-variable penelitian dengan pengujuian statistik inferensial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Escorindo Jasa Prima Sebanyak 50 orang dengan teknik sampling sensus yang berarti bukan sample yang di ambil adalah semua populasi . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable efekttivitas komunikasi interpersonal human resources deparement sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap Kinerja karyawan . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan 89% . Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat efektiv antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja karyawan PT Escorindo Jasa Prima. Kata kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal , Human Resource Departement , Kinerja Karyawan
