Abstract
The success of information technology projects are the main target of companies which engaged in information technology consulting services. A project is deemed successful if the said project can be done at a competitive costs, able to be completed in time or even faster than the scheduled time, and by achieving quality. From the information technology projects which is implemented by PT Astra Graphia Information Technology, there are still a number of failures. This study aims to determine the influence between Knowledge, Expertise and Leadership of Project Managers on the Success of Information Technology Projects at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology. The analytical method used in this study is by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression between the independent variables and the dependent variable by conducting a survey to 62 Project Managers at PT Astra Graphia Technology. The results of this study showed a positive influence between the variables of Knowledge, Expertise, Leadership and Success of Information Technology Projects at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology. The results of this study showed a joint effect between Knowledge, Expertise, and Leadership on the Success of Information Technology Projects at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology amounting to 0.388 with an adjusted coefficient (Adjusted R2) through a percentage of 38.8%. Based on these results, in this study it can be concluded that the success of the Information Technology Project at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology will increase along with the increase in Knowledge, Expertise and Leadership of the Project Managers. Keberhasilan proyek teknologi informasi merupakan sasaran utama bagi perusahaan - perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa konsultan teknologi informasi. Sebuah proyek dikatakan berhasil apabila proyek tersebut mampu diselesaikan dengan biaya yang kompetitif, mampu diselesaikan dengan tepat waktu bahkan lebih cepat dari waktu yang dijadwalkan, dan dengan tercapainya mutu. Dari proyek teknologi informasi yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh PT Astra Graphia Inforamation Technology masih terdapat beberapa kegagalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Pengetahuan, Keahlian dan Kepemimpinan dari Manajer Proyek terhadap Keberhasilan Proyek Teknologi Informasi di PT Astra Graphia Information Technology. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisa regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen dengan melakukan survei kepada 62 Manajer Proyek di PT Astra Graphia Technology. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara variabel Pengetahuan, Keahlian, Kepemimpinan dan Keberhasilan Proyek Teknologi Informasi di PT Astra Graphia Information Technology. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Pengetahuan, Keahlian, dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Keberhasilan Proyek Teknologi Informasi di PT Astra Graphia Information Technology sebesar 0.388 dengan koefisien determinan (Adjusted R2) melalui presentase sebesar 38.8%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Keberhasilan Proyek Teknologi Informasi di PT Astra Graphia Information Technology akan meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya Pengetahuan, Keahlian dan Kepemimpinan dari Manajer Proyek.
