Abstract

Simpang Pejaten Village, South Jakarta is a fairly dense intersection, moreover the intersection of Pejaten is located adjacent to the Pejaten village mall and the path to the vacation spot, namely Ragunan Botanical Gardens, giving rise to a high volume of traffic flow. With the high volume of traffic flow will cause various kinds of traffic problems, especially during peak hours including the length of the queue, high traffic delays and traffic accidents. This research was conducted to evaluate the performance of the Pejaten Village South Jakarta Signalized Intersection and provide alternative solutions to problems based on the 1997 Indonesian National Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). From the results of the analysis using MKJI 1997, the results of Simpang Pejaten Village South Jakarta's performance have LOS F with intersection delays averaging 888.4 pcu / second for morning conditions on 26 October 2018, 997.9 pcu / sec for evening conditions on 26 October 2018, the performance of Simpaten Pejaten Village, South Jakarta with the prohibition of turning right from the south, obtained a result that significantly reduced the value of the average delay in the overall intersection at peak hours. Results from field surveys and data analysis carried out on Monday on Jl. Pejaten Raya obtained a degree of saturation DS1 (Morning) = 0.576, DS2 (Morning) = 571, DS1 (Afternoon) = 0.625, DS2 (Afternoon) = 0.622, and Friday Friday February 22 2109 obtained DS1 (Morning) degree = 0.626, DS2 (Morning) = 607, DS1 (Afternoon) = 0.734, DS2 (Afternoon) = 0.722, meaning that traffic flow does not occur in vehicle congestion / time during these hours / hours and the result of the degree of saturation above has met the target (DS <0.80) - MKJI 1997. Keywords: Intersection, Delay, LOS Simpang Pejaten Village Jakarta Selatan merupakan simpang yang cukup padat,apalagi simpang pejaten terletak berdekatan dengan mall pejaten village dan jalur menuju tempat liburan yaitu Kebun Raya Ragunan, sehingga menimbulkan tingginya volume arus lalu lintas. Dengan tingginya volume arus lalu lintas akan menimbulkan berbagai macam masalah lalu lintas terutama pada jam sibuk diantaranya, panjangnya antrian, tundaan lalu lintas yang tinggi dan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Simpang Bersinyal Pejaten Village Jakarta Selatan dan memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah berdasarkan pada Manual Kapasitas Jalann Nasional Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan MKJI 1997 diperoleh hasil kinerja Simpang Pejaten Village Jakarta Selatan memiliki LOS F dengan tundaan simpang rata-rata 888.4 smp/detik untuk kondisi pagi tanggal 26 Oktober 2018, 997.9 smp/detik untuk kondisi sore tanggal 26 Oktober 2018,Dari hasil analisis kinerja Simpang Pejaten Village Jakarta Selatan dengan pelarangan belok kanan dari arah selatan diperoleh hasil yang signifikan memperkecil nilai tundaan rata-rata pada keseluruhan pendekat simpang pada jam sibuk. Hasil dari survei lapangan dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan pada hari Senin pada Ruas Jl. Pejaten Raya diperoleh nilai derajat kenejuhan DS1 (Pagi) = 0.576, DS2 ( Pagi) = 571, DS1 (Sore) = 0.625, DS2 (Sore) = 0.622,dan utuk Hari Jumat tanggal 22 February 2109 diperoleh nilai derajat kenejuhan DS1 (Pagi) = 0.626, DS2 ( Pagi) = 607, DS1 (Sore) = 0.734, DS2 (Sore) = 0.722, artinya arus lalu lintas tidak terjadi penumpukan/kemacetan kendaraan pada waktu/jam-jam tersebut dan hasil dari derajat kejenuhan diatas telah memenuhi sasaran (DS < 0.80) – MKJI 1997.
