Abstract

Corridor 01 is one of the first TransJakarta corridors that connect between the Blok M area with Jakarta Kota. In Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation "the government guarantees the availability of road-based mass transportation to meet the public transportation needs by public transportation in urban areas". With the existence of TransJakarta public transportation services, the government guarantees that this article can run well for all the general public. This idea aims to analyze the level of satisfaction that is implied in the DKI Jakarta PERGUB No. 33 of 2017 concerning Minimum Service Standards for TransJakarta public transport services. This study uses a field survey method and a questionnaire to obtain research data which will then be analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to obtain priority grouping per question item and overall categorization. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the level of service performance can be categorized as good and the level of user satisfaction can also be categorized as satisfied, although there are several items that are deemed unsatisfactory and among them are included in the top priority for performance improvement. Based on the results of the analysis using the CSI method, the overall level of TransJakarta passenger satisfaction can be said to be satisfactory (75,106%). Keywords: TransJakarta, Minimum Service Standards, IPA, CSI Koridor 01 adalah salah satu koridor pertama TransJakarta yang menghubungkan Blok M sampai dengan Jakarta Kota. Dalam UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan “pemerintah menjamin ketersediaan angkutan masal berbasis Jalan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan angkutan orang dengan kendaraan bermotor umum di kawasan perkotaan”. Layanan angkutan umum TransJakarta pemerintah telah menjamin pasal ini berjalan dengan baik bagi seluruh masyarakat umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan berdasarkan yang tersirat dalam PERGUB DKI Jakarta No. 33 Tahun 2017 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal layanan angkutan umum TransJakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei lapangan dan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data-data penelitian yang mana data-data tersebut selanjutnya akan dianalisis menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan menggunakan Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mendapatkan pengelompukan prioritas per item pertanyaan dan pengkategorian secara menyeluruh. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulan bahwa tingkat kinerja pelayanan dapat dikategorikan baik dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna juga dapat dikategorikan puas, walaupun demikian ada beberapa item yang dirasa kurang memuaskan dan masuk prioritas utama untuk ditingkatkan kinerjanya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode CSI secara menyeluruh tingkat kepuasan penumpang TransJakarta dapat dikatakan memuaskan (75,106%).
