Abstract
Project management is the activity of coordinating resources (human, material, technical, knowledge and expertise) to achieve project outcomes. The success or failure of a project is largely determined by project planning and control. Project implementation failure is due to lack of planning and lack of ineffective control so that project activities become inefficient. This results in delays, declining work quality, and unexpected implementation costs. Problems in CV. Create a Technical Award is a delay in completing a gondola project because there are some obstacles or problems that occur. Working time optimization is quite important for the company in working on the project, because during this working time efficiency is needed because the gondola is very much needed by customers. As for project implementation, it requires optimal project planning using CPM and PERT methods. With the CPM (Critical Path Method) method, 13 critical activities were obtained, and based on calculations with the CPM (Critical Path Method) method, a total of 55 days was also applied to the Gantt Chart. And with the PERT method (Program Evaluation and Survey Techniques) obtained 13 critical activities, and the total duration of 53 days with the probability of project completion is 86.65%. Keyword: Project Management, CPM, PERT Manajemen proyek adalah kegiatan mengkoordinir sumber daya (manusia, material, teknik, pengetahuan, dan keahlian) guna pencapaian hasil suatu proyek. Keberhasilan atau kegagalan suatu proyek sangat ditentukan oleh perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek tersebut. Kegagalan pelaksanaan proyek disebabkan kurang terencananya dan kurangnya pengendalian yang kurang efektif sehingga kegiatan proyek menjadi tidak efisien. Hal ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan, menurunnya kualitas pekerjaan, dan biaya pelaksanaan yang diluar dugaan. Permasalahan di CV. Cipta Anugrah Teknik adalah keterlambatan dalam menyelesaikan proyek gondola karena ada beberapa kendala atau permasalahan yang terjadi. Optimalisasi waktu kerja cukup penting bagi perusahaan dalam mengerjakan proyek, karena dalam pekerjaan ini dibutuhkan efisiensi waktu dikarenakan gondola diperlukan oleh klien. Adapun untuk pelaksanaan proyek tersebut memerlukan perencanaan proyek yang optimal dengan memanfaatkan metode CPM dan PERT. Dengan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) diperoleh 13 kegiatan kritis, dan berdasarkan perhitungan dengan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) diperoleh total durasi waktu 55 hari juga diaplikasikan ke dalam bentuk Gantt Chart. Serta dengan metode PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) diperoleh 13 kegiatan kritis, dan total durasi waktu 53 hari dengan probabilitas penyelesaian proyek adalah 86,65%.
