Abstract
User services transport train fire in Stasiun Pondok Ranji very much and the passenger come from sharing certain area to get to work. But the facilities and support intermodal transportation that exist at the train station is also supported by other transportation among the online motorcycle transportation, taxi, public transport as a fitting transportation to the workplace after menggun a right rail transportation services. This study discusses service performance factors on customer satisfaction at Pondok Ranji Station, for analysis the author uses the method ( Importance Performance Analysis ) which then uses the SPSS software program to obtain the results of the effect of service performance factors on satisfaction felt by passengers at Pondok Ranji Station and its intermodal access .Having obtained the analysis is carried out to determine the final stages of validation lan g kah completion of what dap a dwell bil on the performance of the service user satisfaction KRL. From the results of this study, the service performance on the satisfaction of the users of the comuter line train at Pondok Ranji Station obtained an average performance value of 3.67 and user satisfaction in an average value of 3.67 , from an overall value of 5.00, while the air there is in quadrant A, there is one indicator, quadrant B are Ten indicators and kuadra n C there is a nine n indi kator question. Completeness in the train shows the quadrant B indicator which means it needs to be maintained and a number of public transportation, taxi, online motorcycle taxi around the station shows the quadrant B indicator which means it needs to be defended right Keywords: Station, Train, Intermoda, SPSS Pengguna jasa transportasi kereta api di Stasiun Pondok Ranji sangat banyak dan mayoritas penumpangnya berasal dari berbagi daerah tertentu untuk menuju tempat kerjanya. Namun fasilitas dan pendukung intermoda transportasi yang ada di stasiun kereta api ini juga didukung oleh tansportasi lainnya di antaranya transportasi ojek online, taxi, angkutan umum sebagai penyambung transportasi menuju tempat kerjanya setelah menggunakan jasa transportasi kereta api. Penelitian ini membahas faktor kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Stasiun Pondok Ranji,untuk analisis penulis menggunakan metoda (Importance Peformance Analisis) yang selanjutnya menggunakan program softwaer SPSS untuk mendaptkan hasil faktor pengaruh kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepuasan yang dirasakan penumpang Stasiun Pondok Ranji serta akses intermodanya. Setelah didapat analisis maka dilakukan validasi tahap akhir untuk mengetahui langkah penyelesaian apa yang dapat diambil terhadap kinerja pelayanan kepuasan pengguna KRL. Dari hasil penelitian ini kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penguna kereta comuter line Stasiun Pondok Ranji didapat nilai rata-rata kinerja sebesar 3,67 dan kepuasan pengguna di dapat nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,67, dari nilai keseluruhan 5,00, sedangkan yang berada pada kuadran A terdapat satu indikator, kuadran B terdapat Sepuluh indikator dan kuadran C terdapat Sembilan indikator pertanyaan. Kelengkapan di dalam kereta menunjukkan indikator kuadran B yang artinya perlu di pertahankan dan adanya angkot, taxi, ojek online disekitar stasiun menunjukan indikator kuadran B yang artinya perlu di pertahan kan Kata Kunci :Stasiun, Kereta, Intermoda, SPSS
