Abstract
Each construction project has its own uniqueness, especially the risk issues that will be met. One of the causes of disruption in the performance of a construction project is work that may involve risks and have a negative impact on the construction of the 70 MW Tolo 1 wind power plant project. Based on the results of the risk report, there are 25 variables (risk events) that affect the cost, quality and time of project implementation. After that, the making of a risk map and risk grouping is carried out, there are 9 risk variables that are very dominant in affecting project performance. The metric analysis process shows that 9 risk variables are classified as high risk, 9 medium risk variables, 7 low risk variables for each category are known to be the highest ranking results of Labor, namely Lack of workers and workers with experience of "9 points and classified as high risk rating. while the communication "communication between communication between vendors and contractors" of 4 points is classified as moderate risk and the lowest ranking is for work equipment and materials, namely "The condition of the work equipment is damaged and the amount of material on the market is limited" is 2 points and is classified as low risk. the result of risk analysis is the risk that can affect the cost and time of the risk mapping EPC project to see risk treatment priorities. The highest risk that occurs at the highest risk which is controlled by the risk lowered to reduce the risk by the occurrence of risk events, risk reduction, transfer of risk to other parties or risk risks (by avoiding the related objectives, strategies, objectives or plans for the results of activities) Keywords : Risk, Project Identification, Contruction, Wind Farm Setiap proyek kontruksi memiliki keunikan tersendiri, terutama permasalahan risiko yang akan dihadapi. Salah Penyebab terganggunya kinerja proyek kontruksi adalah pekerjaan�pekerjaan yang mungkin terjadinya risiko dan memberikan dampak negatif pada suatu kontruksi proyek pembangkit listrik tenaga bayu 70 MW Tolo 1 Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko, terdapat 25 variabel (risk event) yang memperngaruhi biaya, mutu dan waktu saat pelaksanaan proyek. Setelah itu dilakukan pembuatan peta risiko dan pengelompokan risiko terdapat 9 variabel risiko yang sangat dominan mempengaruhi kinerja proyek. Berdasarkan hasil proses analisis metrik menunjukan 9 variabel risiko tergolong high risk , 9 variabel moderate risk, 7 variabel low risk untuk masing kategori diketahui rating tertinggi pada Tenaga Kerja yaitu “ Kurangnya ketersediaan tenaga kerja dan kurangnya tenaga kerja yang berpenglaman “ Sebesar 9 point dan tergolong risiko high risk rating sedang komunikasi “kurangnya antar komunikasi antara vendor dan kontraktor ” sebesar 4 point tergolong risiko moderate dan rating terendah pada peralatan kerja dan material yaitu “Kondisi peralatan kerja yang rusak dan jumlah material kerja yang terdapat dalam pasaran terbatas “ sebasar 2 point dan tergolong risiko low risk dari hasil analisa risiko adalah risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi biaya mutu dan waktu pada proyek EPC pemetaan matriks risiko untuk mengetahui prioritas penanganan risiko. Peringkat risiko tertinggi tersebut dilakukan observasi pengendalian risiko yang dimaksudkan untuk menurunkan tingkat risiko dengan mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya risiko, mengurangi akibat negatif, memindahkan risiko ke pihak lain atau menghindari risiko (dengan menghindari tujuan, strategi, sasaran atau rencana hasil kagiatan yang terkait) Kata Kunci : Risiko, Pelaksanaan Proyek, Kontruksi, PLTB
