Abstract
PT IRG is a manufacturing company in the field of rubber production for automotive and industrial. One product produced here is the flap. Currently PT IRG has produced Flap which is supplied to PT GTG. The engine used is an alternative engine available. PT IRG plans to invest in the appropriate flap production machine at PT GTG. Then the analysis process is carried out with the investment of the machine by considering the level of production capacity, energy usage costs, and financial aspects. This decision was taken with the aim of increasing production capacity and saving energy costs so as to maximize the profits derived by the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility analysis. The results show that the investment is feasible. The total investment to be made is Rp4,452,127,000. The NPV calculation result is Rp2,186,112,589, -, the IRR yield is 20.84%, the payback period is 4.08 years, the cost ratio is 1.49, and the average rate of return is 24.53%. Based on these results, the investment is feasible. Keywords: flap, investment analysis, production capacity, energy PT IRG adalah sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di bidang produksi karet untuk otomotif dan industrial. Salah satun produk yang diproduksi disini adalah flap. Saat ini PT IRG sudah memproduksi Flap yang disuplai ke PT GTG. Adapun mesin yang digunakan adalah mesin alternatif yang ada. PT IRG berencana untuk investasi mesin produksi flap sesuai yang ada di PT GTG. Maka dilakukan proses analisa dengan investasi mesin tersebut dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kapasitas produksi, biaya pemakaian energi, serta aspek finansialnya. Keputusan ini diambil dengan tujuan peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan penghematan biaya pemakaianenergi sehingga dapat memaksimalkan profit yang diperoleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisa kelayakannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi layak dilakukan. Jumlah investasi yang akan dilakukan adalah Rp4.452.127.000,-. Hasil perhitungan NPV adalah Rp2.186.112.589,-, hasil IRR adalah 20,84%, payback period 4,08 tahun, benerif cost ratio 1,49, serta hasil average rate of return adalah 24,53%.
