Abstract
Performance is the key word for the position of teacher as a professional. In the world of education, the teacher is an important element and therefore teachers are always required to improve their quality. The quality is judged by performance that is in line with human resource requirements for the industrial revolution 4.0. The initial research indicated that it is suspected that job satisfaction, procedural fairness and work motivation are variables affecting teacher performance. Therefore, this study aims to prove the influence of job satisfaction, procedural fairness and work motivation on teacher performance at Yuppentek 1 High School in Tangerang City. By using 100% of a sample of 71 teachers, the instrument was in the form of a questionnaire. Data in this study were analyzed using (1) descriptive analysis of respondent characteristics (2) descriptive analysis of research variables and (3) analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS)-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with smartPLS 3.0. The results indicated that based on the results of data testing, the evaluation of the measurement model was valid and reliable and could be received substantially. Partial Least Square application test results showed that 73.3% of teacher performance variance is influenced by teacher job satisfaction. While 56.9% of the variance in teacher performance is influenced by procedural fairness in schools and 53.1% of the variance in teacher performance is influenced by teacher work motivation. Interpretation of the results of R Square and R Square Adjusted resulted that 48.6% of teacher performance is influenced by job satisfaction, procedural justices and teacher work motivation. However, 51.4% of teacher performance variance is influenced by other factors out of job satisfaction, procedural justice and teacher work motivation. Kinerja menjadi kata kunci untuk jabatan guru sebagai jabatan profesional. Dalam dunia pendidikan, guru adalah elemen penting dan karena pentingnya peran guru sehingga guru selalu dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya. Kualitas guru dinilai dari kinerja yang sejalan dengan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia untuk revolusi industri 4.0. Dari hasil penelitin awal, diduga kepuasan kerja, keadilan prosedural dan motivasi kerja adalah variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja, keadilan prosedural dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Yuppentek 1 Kota Tangerang. Dengan menggunakan 100% sampel yang berjumlah 71 guru, dan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan (1) analisis deskriptif karakteristik responden (2) analisis deskriptif variabel penelitian dan (3) analisis PLS (Partial Least Square)-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan smartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pengujian data, evaluasi model pengukuran valid dan reliabel dan dapat diterima secara substansial. Hasil pengujian aplikasi Partial Least Square menunjukkan 73,3% variansi kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja guru. 56,9% variansi kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh keadilan prosedural di sekolah. 53,1% variansi kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja guru. Interpretasi hasil R Square dan R Square Adjusted adalah 48,6% kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja, keadilan prosedural dan motivasi kerja guru dan 51,4% variansi kinerja guru dipengaruhioleh faktor lain di luar kepuasan kerja, keadilan prosedural dan motivasi kerja.
