Abstract

To be able to know the condition of the proper operation facility is very important, therefore it is necessary to carry out maintenance both periodically and monthly to yearly. In this case the writer wants to analyze more deeply the components of CCD (Current Collector Device / Shoe) so that the reader can know the exsisting condition of Jakarta LRT facilities by crossing Pegangsaan Dua - Velodorm. Keep in mind that the CCD component (Current Collector Device / Shoe) is an electrical current receiving device in large currents so in this paper also provides how maintenance schemes need to be carried out so that the CCD (Current Collector Device / Shoe) component can operate properly. Many aspects are taken into account such as the power of the CCD (Current Collector Device / Shoe) with the parameters of speed, operating life and the pressure received. If there is damage to the CCD component (Current Collector Device / Shoe), it can disrupt the service of this Jakarta LRT. So it needs to be done with good care and in accordance with procedures that refer to standard operating procedures. Therefore, the authors also made a way to care for the CCD (Current Collector Device / Shoe) correctly so that it can be input into the Jakarta LRT. Keywords: Survey data, maintenance methods, train travel charts, CCD, parts, maintenance, reliability Untuk dapat mengetahui kondisi sarana layak operasi sangatlah penting dilakukan, oleh karena itu perlu di lakukan perawatan baik secara berkala maupun secara bulanan hingga tahunan. Dalam hal ini penulis ingin menganalisis lebih dalam pada komponen CCD (Current Collector Device/ Shoe) sehingga pembaca dapat mengetahui kondisi exsisting sarana LRT Jakarta dengan lintas Pegangsaan Dua – Velodorm. Perlu diketahui bahwa komponen CCD (Current Collector Device/ Shoe) merupakan suatu perangkat penerima arus listrik dalam arus yang besar sehingga dalam penulisan ini juga memberikan bagaimana skema perawatan yang perlu dilakukan agar komponen CCD (Current Collector Device/ Shoe) dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Banyak aspek yang di perhitungkan seperti kekuatan CCD (Current Collector Device/ Shoe) dengan parameter kecepatan, umur operasi dan tekanan yang di terima. Jika terjadi kerusakan pada komponen CCD (Current Collector Device/ Shoe) maka dapat mengganggu pelayanan dari LRT Jakarta ini. Sehingga perlu dilakukan perawatan yang baik dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang mengacu pada standar operasi prosedur. Oleh karena itu penulis juga membuatkan cara perawatan pada CCD (Current Collector Device/ Shoe) yang benar agar dapat menjadi masukan pada LRT Jakarta.
