Abstract

Increasing population and development in all fields so the demand for water in Bandung area also continues to increase. In these conditions, the availability of water is needed so the water deficiency can be avoided. In an effort to maximize the availability of water, especially in Bandung area, efforts need to be done as an alternative in handling water availability. One of efforts that can be done is to re-identify the debit of the Upper Citarum River flow due to changes in land use around the watershed. Observation data used consisted of rainfall data, climatology data, and daily discharge data from 2008-2017. Discharge flow modeling using the Hydrologiska Byrans Vattenbalansavdelning 96 (HBV 96) method, the Nedbor Afstromnings Model (NAM), Sacramento, the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) and then calibrated using the NSE method using data. From the results of calibration that have been done, NRECA method is more suitable to be used with NSE values for 2008-2017: real data: 0.35 and take-out data: 0.54. While the 2008-2009 data obtained NSE values of real data: 0.76 and take-out data: 0.76. Adanya peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan perkembangan di segala bidang maka kebutuhan air di wilayah Bandung terus meningkat. Pada kondisi seperti ini, ketersedian air sangat diperlukan agar kekurangan air dapat dihindari. Dalam upaya untuk memaksimalkan ketersedian air khususnya di wilayah Bandung, perlu dilakukan upaya-upaya sebagai alternatif dalam penanganan ketersedian air. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan ialah melakukan identifikasi ulang debit aliran Sungai Citarum Hulu akibat adanya perubahan penggunaan lahan di sekitar daerah aliran sungai. Data observasi yang digunakan berupa data curah hujan, data klimatologi, dan data debit harian dari tahun 2008-2017. Pemodelan debit aliran menggunakan metode Hydrologiska Byrans Vattenbalansavdelning 96 (HBV 96), Nedbor Afstromnings Model (NAM), Sacramento, National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) kemudian dikalibrasi dengan metode NSE menggunakan data debit observasi. Dari hasil kalibrasi yang sudah dilakukan, metode NRECA lebih cocok digunakan dengan nilai NSE tahun 2008-2017 : data real: 0,35 dan data take out : 0,54. Sedangkan data tahun 2008-2009 didapatkan nilai NSE data real : 0,76 dan data take out : 0,76 Kata kunci : Hydrologiska Byrans Vattenbalansavdelning 96 (HBV 96), Nedbor Afstromnings Model (NAM), Sacramento, National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), Debit Aliran, NSE, Citarum Hulu.
