Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) toward Price Book Value (PBV). Population of this research is manufacturing companies sub sector food and beverages listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with sample period 2013-2017. Sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling, and produce 9 companies as samples. Analysis technique on this research used multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that DAR has positive effect but not significant to PBV, DER has positive effect but not significant to PBV, ROA has negative effect but not significant to PBV, ROE has positive effect but not significant to PBV, also NPM has positive effect and significant to PBV. Keywords : Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price Book Value (PBV) Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Price Book Value (PBV). Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 9 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa DAR berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap PBV, DER berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap PBV, ROA berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap PBV, ROE berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap PBV serta NPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV.
