Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of workload, emotional intelligence, work environment on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Gloria Origita Jakarta. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Gloria Origita Cosmetics Jakarta sales beauty advisor division. This study was conducted on 80 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study show that the workload variable has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on turnover intention and work environment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the results of the partial test (t test). Therefore the results of this research test state that there is a joint effect between workload, emotional intelligence and work environment variables on turnover intention at PT. Gloria Origita Cosmetics. Keywords: Workload, emotional intelligence, work environment, turnover intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Gloria Origita Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Gloria Origita Cosmetics Jakarta divisi sales beauty advisor .Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel beban kerja berpengaruh posistif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh posistif signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (Uji t). Oleh karena itu hasil uji penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel beban kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT.
