Abstract

This research is to know the effect of organization culture motivation and job dicipline to ward employe’s work productivity PT Surya Rengo Containers. The object of this research are the worker’s that work at PT Surya Rengo Containers. This research do to 95 respondence by used priemer data technic. The method that used in this research is PLS 3.0. The result of this research show that motivation doesn’t significant effect to ward employe’s work productivity, organization culture doesn’t significant effect to ward employe’s work productivity, and work dicipline has significant effect to ward employe’s work productivity. Suggest that can take as consideration is : it’s better the leader pay attention and increase the organization culture motivation, and work dicipline to increase the employees job productivity. Keywords: Motivation, Organization Culture, Work Dicipline, Work Productivity. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Surya Rengo Containers. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Surya Rengo Containers. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 95 responden dengan menggunakan teknik data primer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Saran yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan adalah sebaiknya pimpinan memperhatikan dan meningkatkan lagi motivasi, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan.
