Abstract

Project scheduling is one element of the results of planning, which can provide information about the planned schedule and project progress in terms of resource performance in the form of costs, labor, equipment and materials as well as the project duration plan with progress time for project completion. As a study in this thesis is the Apartment B Residence project, BSD, Serpong which has a building area of 81,039 m². The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the acceleration method on time, the amount of power and how efficient it was in completing the work of underdeveloped structures. The research method used is observational research, the research method with observation is intended to obtain descriptive data from researchers' observations of an event or phenomenon. The process of data processing by calculating the comparison of the method of adding zones by the project compared to the crash program. The results of the analysis of the two methods are the addition of more efficient zones in terms of time that is 41 days faster. In terms of cost with the method of adding a zone of added costs is not too much compared to the crash program, the method of adding zones requires a fee of Rp1,109,727,014, while the crash program costs Rp1,897,606,128, - while in terms of zones adding zones there were an additional 73 people while the crash program had no additions. . Keywords : Additions Zone, Crash Progra\m, Schedule, Coast, Man Power Penjadwalan proyek merupakan salah satu elemen hasil perencanaan, yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang jadwal rencana dan kemajuan proyek dalam hal kinerja sumber daya berupa biaya, tenaga kerja, peralatan dan material serta rencana durasi proyek dengan progress waktu untuk penyelesaian proyek. Sebagai kajian dalam tugas akhir ini adalah proyek Apartemen B Residence, BSD, Serpong yang mempunyai luas bangunan 81.039 m². Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak metode percepatan terhadap waktu, jumlah tenaga dan seberapa efisien dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan struktur tertinggal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observasi, Metode penelitian dengan observasi dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh data deskriptif hasil pengamatan peneliti terhadap suatu peristiwa atau fenomena. Proses pengolahan data dengan cara menghitung perbandingan dari metode penambahan zona yang dilakukan proyek dibandingkan dengan crash program. Hasil analisis kedua metode tersebut penambahan zona lebih efisien dari segi waktu yang lebih cepat 41 hari. Dari segi biaya dengan metode penambahan zona biaya yang ditambahkan tidak terlalu banyak dibandingkan crash program, metode penambahan zona membutuhkan biaya Rp. 1.109.727.014,- sedangkan crash program membutuhkan biaya Rp. 1.897.606.128,-.Sedangkan dari segi tenaga metode penambahan zona ada penambahan tenaga sejumlah 73 orang sedangkan crash program tidak ada penambahan.
