Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, career development, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT Abacus Kencana Industries Bekasi. The object of this research are employees at PT Abacus Kencana Industries Bekasi by taking 65 samples using quantitative-descriptive approach and the analysis used was Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of this research showed that work motivation variables had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: work motivation, career development, work discipline, job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Abacus Kencana Industries Bekasi. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Karyawan PT Abacus Kencana Industries Bekasi dengan mengambil 65 sampel menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, pengembangan karir, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja.
