Abstract
Pavement is a part of the highway that is compacted with aggregate and asphalt or cement (Portland Cement) as the binding material. This test was carried out on the AC-WC mixture with the Marshall method, using 2 stages, namely testing using Portland cement filler with asphalt content of 4.5%; 5%; 5.5%; 6%; 6.5% to determine the KAO value, the results obtained were 6.1% and the stability value in each ratio was 0: 100, 20:80, 40:60, 60:40, 80:20, 100: 0 powder filler of red brick and ash bagasse is 1043.459 kg; 1113,382 kg; 1177,925 kg; 1172,547 kg; 1231,712 kg; 1452.237 kg. The IKS results in each comparison were 85.567%; 80.193%; 89.498%; 93,578%; 91,266%; 92.593%. Keywords: Filler, Red Brick Powder, Bagasse Ash, Marshall Test, AC-WC. Perkerasan jalan adalah bagian jalan raya yang dipadatkan dengan agregat dan aspal atau semen (Portland Cement) sebagai bahan ikatnya. Pengujian ini dilakukan pada campuran AC-WC dengan metode Marshall, menggunakan 2 tahap yaitu pengujian menggunakan filler semen Portland dengan kadar aspal 4,5% ; 5% ; 5,5% ; 6% ; 6,5% untuk mengetahui nilai KAO di dapat hasil 6,1% dan nilai stabilitas pada setiap perbandingan 0:100, 20:80, 40:60, 60:40, 80:20, 100:0 filler serbuk batu bata merah dan abu ampas tebu adalah 1043,459 kg ; 1113,382 kg ; 1177,925 kg ; 1172,547 kg ; 1231,712 kg ; 1452,237 kg. Hasil IKS pada setiap perbandingan adalah 85,567% ; 80,193% ; 89,498% ; 93,578% ; 91,266% ; 92,593%. Kata Kunci : Filler, Serbuk Batu Bata Merah, Abu Ampas Tebu, Pengujian Marshall, AC-WC.
