Abstract

This study aims so find out yhe effect of liquidity, leverage, growth, and profitability on dividend policy on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2013-2016. This study was conducted based on information obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampel collection using purposive sampling method. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange active from 2013 to 2016 with a sample of 41 companies. The analytical technique used multiple linier regression analysis. Liquidity research result (CR) Liquidity research result (CR), Leverage (DER), Growth (TA), and Profitability (ROA) have a significant effect on dividend policy on manufactur companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange . Keyword: Liquidity (CR), Leverage (DER), Growth (TA), Profitability (ROA) dividen policy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013 – 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan informasi yang didapatkan melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purpose sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan – perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat aktif di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2013 hingga 2016 dengan sampel 41 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan Analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian Likuiditas (CR), Leverage (DER), Pertumbuhan Perusahaan (TA), dan profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata kunci: Likuiditas (CR), Leverage (DER), Growth (TA), Profitabilitas (ROA), kebijakan dividen.
