Abstract

This sudy aims to provide empirical evindence and to know the Influence of Population Amount, More Budget Financing, Regional Retribution, and Fiscal Decentralization of Capital Expenditures by considering the data collected during the study. The data used in this study is taken from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance from 2014-2018 in the form of a Provincial APBD Summary and the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency from 2014-2018 in the form of Provincial Financial Statistics and Total Data Population. The test results show that the Population Amount and Fiscal Decentralization do not affect the Capital Expenditure Allocation. While, the Remaining Over Budget Financing and Regional Retribution influences the Capital Expenditure Allocation. Keywords: Influence of Population Amount, More Budget Financing, Regional Retribution, Fiscal Decentralization, Capital Expenditures Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris dan mengetahui Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran, Retribusi Daerah, dan Desentralisasi Fiskal Terhadap Alokasi Belanja Modal dengan mempertimbangkan data yang terkumpul selama penelitian. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) oleh Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan, Mentri Keuangan dari tahun 2014-2018 berupa Ringkasan APBD Provinsi dan Badan Pusat Statistik RI dari tahun 2014-2018 berupa Statistik Keuangan Provinsi dan Data Jumlah Penduduk. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah Penduduk dan Desentralisasi Fiskal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Alokasi Belanja Modal. Sedangkan, Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran dan Retribusi Daerah berpengaruh terhadap Alokasi Belanja Modal.
