Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, the need for electricity will also continue to increase. Wireless power transfer (WPT) is one of the promising future technologies and is one of the efforts to meet electrical energy needs. This technology has been applied to various types of applications, one of which is electric vehicles (EV). In the WPT system, the coil position is the main key to power transfer efficiency (PTE), the position of misalignment is very influential on PTE. In this paper, a multi coil design is proposed to improve PTE. From the results of the experiment, it can be seen that the maximum efficiency obtained is 82%. The proposed multi coil design shows an increase in efficiency of an average of 7% compared to a single coil design. Kata Kunci: Wireless Power Transfer, Power Transfer Efficiency, Misalignment, Multi coil, Single coil. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, kebutuhan akan listrik juga akan terus meningkat. Transfer daya nirkabel (WPT) adalah salah satu teknologi masa depan yang menjanjikan dan merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik. Teknologi ini telah diterapkan pada berbagai jenis aplikasi, salah satunya adalah kendaraan listrik (EV). Dalam sistem WPT, posisi kumparan adalah kunci utama untuk efisiensi transfer daya (PTE), posisi misalignment sangat berpengaruh pada PTE. Dalam tulisan ini, desain multi koil diusulkan untuk meningkatkan PTE. Dari hasil percobaan, dapat diketahui bahwa efisiensi maksimum yang diperoleh adalah 82%. Desain multi koil yang diusulkan menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi rata-rata 7% dibandingkan dengan desain koil tunggal.
