Abstract

Public Relations is a method of communication that includes a variety of communication techniquest which in which the activity is to create a good relationship between company companies and customers.Marketing communications is the way a seller to provide information and influence the public to buy products which are a perussahaan selling. In marketing communications, contained branding of products sold at the same time the image of the company, this activity is a business Corporation in connection with a prospective customer or customer anyway. And the role of public relations in pt. Infiniti Solutions Maker run by dvc project and head of marketing. The purpose of this research is to know what kind of Marketing strategy Public Relatiions existing in pt. Infiniti Design solutions. This research uses the paradigm of post positivism and descriptive qualitative research method of retrieving the data source using the observaasi technique and sampling purpose i.e. with the kind of in-depth interviews to key informant and the informant and secondary data obtained from various books and literature. And validity of the data being tested with the trigulasi technique. The results of this research deals with the public relations marketing strategy where marketing activities in carrying out public relations in order to achieve an effective goal then things must be done to devise strategies, which the stages that is by the way: fact finding, planning, communication, evaluation. In order for marketing communications running effectively then needed a marketing communication strategy towards a product or service so that it can be known by a wider audience. Key words: Communications, Public Relations, communications, marketing, strategy, Media Marketing. Public Relations merupakan metode komunikasi yang meliputi berbagai teknik komunikasi yang dimana dalam kegiatan tersebut yang dimana untuk mewujudkan hubungan yang baik antara perusahaan terhadap customer. Komunikasi pemasaran adalah cara suatu penjual untuk memberikan informasi dan mempengaruhi public untuk membeli produk yang suatu perussahaan jual. Di dalam komunikasi pemasaran, terkandung branding dari produk yang dijual sekaligus citra dari perusahaan, kegiatan ini merupakan usaha perushaan dalam menjalin hubungan dengan calon customer maupun customer tetap. Dan peran public relations di PT. Infiniti Reka Solusi dijalankan dengan divisi kepala project dan marketing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk Strategi Marketing Public Relatiions yang ada di PT. Infiniti Reka Solusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post positivisme dan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang pengambilan sumber data menggunakan teknik observaasi dan purpose sampling yaitu dengan jenis wawancara secara mendalam kepada key informan dan informan serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku berbagai buku dan literature, dokumentasi. Dan keabsahan data yang diuji dengan teknik trigulasi. Hasil penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi marketing public relations yang dimana dalam melaksanakan kegiatan marketing public relations untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang efektif maka hal yang harus di lakukan untuk merancang strategi, yang dimana tahapan-tahapan tersebut yaitu dengan cara: fact finding, planning, communication, evaluasi. Agar komunikasi pemasaran berjalan secara efektif maka diperlukan strategi komunikasi pemasaran terhadap sebuah produk atau jasa sehingga dapat dikenal oleh khalayak. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Public Relations, Pola Komunikasi, Pemasaran, Strategi, Media Pemasaran.
