Abstract

The need for multi-storey buildings is increasing all the time, especially in big cities like Jakarta due to the increasing population and reduced land for settlements. The high demand for housing makes a factor in the increase in the construction of multi-storey buildings that function as residences such as apartments and hotels. The Saumata Suites Project is a 30-story apartment building located in the Alam Sutera area, South Tangerang. In its construction, the building structure used is using reinforced concrete frames with a system of beams, columns, floor plates and shear walls. Building structure planning aims to produce a structure that is strong, stable, safe and economical. In this final project, the writer planned to re-design the building structure of the Urbantown Serpong Project using the SRPMK structural system (Special Moment Resisting Frame System) and shear wall (Dual System) based on a comparison of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI 1726: 2012 & SNI 2847: 2013 and SNI 1726 : 2019 & SNI 2847: 2019). The planning begins with the preliminary stages of structural design to obtain alternative dimensions and become the basis of analysis and is modeled using ETABS v18.1.1 and SPColumn v4.0. Structural modeling is included in the Category of Risk II with the category of Medium Soil (SD) sites fulfilling the requirements of earthquake resistance with a period of Tx = 2,499 seconds and Ty = 2,499 seconds with the type of spectrum response types used namely SRSS (Square Root of the Sum of Square). Structural planning is carried out on a 10-story building with concrete material using 35 MPa f'c for the structure of floor plates and beams and 40 MPa f'c for column and shear wall structures, while the quality of steel uses 400 MPa fy. The results of the dimensions obtained for floor plates use a thickness of 150 mm, the main beam cross section dimensions; B1 600x900 mm, column cross section dimensions; K1 1300x1300 mm, cross section dimensions of the shear wall; SW1 400x3700 mm. So it can be concluded that the structure meets the building's safety and comfort requirements. Kebutuhan gedung bertingkat selalu meningkat setiap waktu terutama di kota-kota besar seperti Jakarta karena meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dan berkurangnya lahan untuk permukiman. Tingginya permintaan akan hunian menjadikan faktor meningkatnyapembangunan gedung bertingkat yang berfungsi sebagai hunian seperti apartemen dan hotel. Proyek Saumata Suites merupakan bangunan rumah tinggal susun (apartment) 30 lantai yang berlokasi di daerah Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan. Dalam pembangunannya, struktur bangunan yang dipakai menggunakan rangka beton bertulang dengan sistem balok, kolom, pelat lantai serta dinding geser (shear wall). Perencanaan struktur bangunan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu struktur yang kuat, stabil, aman serta ekonomis. Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini penulis merencanakan kembali desain struktur bangunan Proyek Urbantown Serpong menggunakan sistem struktur SRPMK (Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus) dan shear wall (Dual System) berdasarkan perbandingan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI 1726:2012 & SNI 2847:2013 Serta SNI 1726:2019 & SNI 2847:2019). Dalam perencanaannya diawali dengan tahapan preliminary desain struktur untuk mendapatkan dimensi alternatif dan menjadi dasar analisa dan dimodelkan menggunakan program bantu ETABS v18.1.1 dan SPColumn v4.0. Pemodelan struktur termasuk kedalam Kategori Risiko II dengan kategori situs Tanah Sedang (SD) telah memenuhi syarat – syarat ketahan gempa dengan periode Tx = 2.499 detik dan Ty = 2.499 detik dengan jenis ragam respon spektrum yang digunakan yaitu SRSS (Square Root of the Sum of Square). Perencanaan struktur dilakukan pada bangunan 10 lantai dengan material beton menggunakan f’c 35 MPa untuk struktur pelat lantai dan balok serta f’c 40 MPa untuk struktur kolom dan shear wall, sedangkan mutu baja menggunkan fy 400 MPa. Adapun hasil dimensi yang di dapat untuk pelat lantai menggunkan ketebalan 150 mm, dimensi penampang balok utama; B1 600x900 mm, dimensi penampang kolom; K1 1300x1300 mm, dimensi penampang shear wall; SW1 400x3700 mm. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa struktur sudah memenuhi syarat keamananan dan kenyamanan gedung.
