Abstract

The Sushi Massa Tower Building other than intended for car parking, cool storage, and restaurants, but also for offices, and the Sushi Exhibition Center so that it requires the addition of large floors and rooms, so the 25-story building, beam span is extended to 20 meters as wrong one solution to overcome this problem. This Skripsi the theme of Re-Planning of Buildings Sushi Massa Tower Due to Addition of Floors and prestressing Optimization, where the initial building is 17 floors and has a length of 67.7 meters while for a width of 31.9 meters. This plan includes Plate Thickness, Beam Dimensions, Column Dimensions, Sliding Walls, Earthquake Analysis, and Prestressed Beams. To get the styles used, ETABS program is sufficient for the building, but this program has weaknesses in analyzing prestressed beams, so it uses the SAP2000 program. The structure was analyzed using static and dynamic earthquake loads, earthquake effects reviewed according to SNI 1726-2012 guidelines "Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resilience for Building and Non Building Structure" for structures using SNI 2847-2013 "Requirements for Structural Concrete for Building Buildings" while for prestressed using SNI 7833-2012 "Procedures for Planning Pre-cast Concrete and Prestressed Concrete for Building". Keywords : Re-Planning, Optimization, Sushi Massa Tower Building, Plates, Beams, Columns, Prestressed Concrete Beams, Earthquake Analysis, SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 7833-2012, ETABS, SAP2000 Gedung Sushi Massa Tower selain diperuntukan untuk Parkir mobil, Ruangan Pendingin, dan Restoran, juga akan diperuntukan untuk Perkantoran, dan Sushi Exhibition Centre sehingga membutuhkan penambahan lantai dan ruangan besar, maka direncanakan ulang bangunan dengan 25 lantai, bentang balok diperpanjang menjadi 20 meter sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tugas Akhir ini mengangkat tema Perencanaan Ulang Gedung Sushi Massa Tower Akibat Penambahan Lantai dan Optimasi Prategang, Dimana awal bangunan ini 17 lantai dan mempunyai panjang 67.7 meter sedangkan untuk lebar 31.9 meter. Perencanaan ini meliputi tebal pelat, dimensi balok, dimensi kolom, dinding geser, Analisa Gempa, dan balok prategang. Perencanaan ini menggunakan perhitungan manual dan analisa menggunakan program ETABS sedangkan unuk balok prategang selain perhitungan manual juga mengguanakn Program SAP2000. Struktur dianalisa menggunakan beban gempa statik dan dinamik, pengaruh gempa yang ditinjau mengikuti pedoman SNI 1726-2012 “Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan non Gedung” untuk struktur menggunakan SNI 2847-2013 “Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Banguana Gedung” sedangan untuk prategang mengguanakan SNI 7833-2012 “Tata Cara Perencanaan Beton Pracetak dan Beton Prategang Untuk Bangunan Gedung”.
