Abstract

Successful communication between health workers and patients will get pleasure and satisfaction for the second party. Communication between doctor and patient is included in Interpersonal communication. Interpersonal communication established by the doctor to his patients will be delivered therapeutic communication. Therapeutic communication is consciously agreed communication and discussion and activities for healing patients, and is professional communication aimed at the goal of patient recovery. Some bioethics say that the treatment of a sick patient will be the main goal in a trusting relationship between a patient and a doctor. A beauty clinic is a clinic that offers health and beauty care services for skin, hair, nails, and others. Researchers in this case try to learn therapeutic communication starting from preparation, introduction, work, and termination. The paradigm of this research uses post�postivism by using descriptive qualitative using the case study analysis method. The preparation phase, the doctor's preparation in the consultation / examination room and the selection of his role as a doctor. In the introductory stage, doctors A and B are able to create comfort for patients and are able to use appropriate non�verbal communication. In the work phase, doctors are quite informative in providing explanations to patients, but are also found to pass the Medical Ethics Code. The termination stage, the two doctors enforce SOP clinics that seek patients to be persuaded to do treatment at the clinic Keywords: Therapeutic Communication Phase, Doctor, Patient, Beauty Clinic Keberhasilan komunikasi antara tenaga kesehatan dan pasien umumnya akan melahirkan kenyamanan dan kepuasan bagi kedua pihak. Komunikasi yang dilakukan antara dokter dan pasien termasuk dalam komunikasi Interpersonal. Komunikasi interpersonal yang dibangun dokter kepada pasiennya akan melahirkan komunikasi terapeutik. Komunikasi terapeutik adalah komunikasi yang direncanakan secara sadar dan bertujuan dan kegiatannya difokuskan untuk kesembuhan pasien, dan merupakan komunikasi professional yang mengarah pada tujuan untuk penyembuhan pasien. Beberapa ahli bioetik mengatakan bahwa kesembuhan dari seorang pasien yang sakit akan merupakan tujuan utama dalam hubungan saling percaya antara pasien dan dokter Klinik kecantikan merupakan sebuah klinik yang menawarkan pelayanan jasa di bidang perawatan kesehatan dan kecantikan kulit, rambut, kuku, dan lainnya. Peneliti dalam hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahap komunikasi terapeutik mulai dari tahap persiapan, perkenalan, kerja, dan terminasi. Paradigma penelitian ini menggunakan post�postivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis studi kasus. Tahap persiapan, dokter menyiapkan diri di dalam ruang konsultasi/pemeriksaan dan menunjukkan perannya sebagai dokter. Tahap perkenalan, dokter A dan B mampu menciptakan kenyamanan pada pasien serta mampu menggunakan komunikasi non-verbal yang tepat. Tahap kerja, dokter cukup informatif dalam memberikan penjelasan kepada pasien, namun ditemukan juga pelanggaran Kode Etik Kedokteran. Tahap terminasi, kedua dokter menjalani SOP klinik yang mengupayakan pasien untuk dapat dibujuk melakukan perawatan di klinik Kata Kunci: Fase Komunikasi Terapeutik, Dokter, Pasien, Klinik Kecantikan
