Abstract
Based on the problems that occurred in the PIK 2 Project, where the volume of readymix concrete was required to reach 100,000 m3 per year and accompanied by competition in the retail readymix concrete industry in the PIK-2 Project, many companies demanded efficiency in the composition of the constituent materials of the concrete. This goal is to obtain optimum quality at the least possible cost. With the hope of providing competitive prices and competitive quality on projects owned by the Agung Sedayu Group and the Salim Group in PIK-2. This study uses the unit price analysis method in calculating the volume and unit price of materials. Using a job mix formula that combines cement and 15% fly ash content. The cost efficiency obtained if all the volume absorbed by 102,900 m3 in 2020 is IDR 1,083,475,700. In further analysis, where the absorbed volume was only 19,295 m3, the company actually lost IDR 73,695,265. Keywords: Fly Ash, Cost Efficiency, Project Management, Readymix Concrete. Berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi Proyek PIK 2, dimana dibutuhkan volume beton readymix mencapai 100.000 m3 per tahun dan disertai adanya persaingan indstri retail beton readymix di Proyek PIK-2, menuntut banyak perusahaan untuk melakukan efisiensi pada komposisi material penyusun betonnya. Tujuan ini agar didapatkan mutu yang optimum dengan biaya yang seminim mungkin. Dengan harapan dapat memberikan harga yang kompetitif dan mutu yang bersaing pada proyek milik Agung Sedayu Group dan Salim Group di PIK-2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisa harga satuan dalam melakukan perhitungan terkait volume dan harga satuan material. Menggunakan job mix formula gabungan semen dan kandungan fly ash 15%. Efisieni biaya yang didapatkan jika semua volume terserap 102.900 m3 tahun 2020 adalah sebesar Rp 1.083.475.700. Pada Analisa lebih lanjut dimana volume terserap hanya 19.295 m3 secara actual perusahaan merugi senilai Rp 73.695.265. Kata Kunci : Fly Ash, Efisiensi Biaya, Manajemen Proyek, Beton Readymix.
