Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, work environment and job satisfaction on employee engagement. Population in this research is 80 respondent PT. Nusantara Sejahtera Raya. The sampel used is 36 respondent PT. Nusantara Sejahtera Raya. The sampling method uses sampling jenuh. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis multiple linear regression. This study proves that career development has a positiv and significant effect on employee engagement. Work environment has a positiv and significant effect on employee engagement. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee engagement. Keywords: Career Development, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasaan kerja terhadap employee engagement. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 responden PT. Nusantara Sejahtera Raya. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 36 responden PT. Nusantara Sejahtera Raya. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisoner. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kepuasaan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement.
