Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of the quality of information and consumer confidence against consumer interest in buying at the site of the buying and selling of tokopedia.com. The population is internet users in indonesia who ever shopped online on the site of tokopedia.com. A method of the sample used in this research is the sampling method of convenience, and take a sample of 160 sample. Data processing in SPSS version 23 was used in the research. This research result indicates that the variable ease the use of having significantly affect the interest in buying, on the variables of the quality of information don’t have significant impact on interest in buying , and variable consumer confidence having significantly affect. Keyword: Ease the Use, Quality of Information, Consumer Confidence, Interest Buy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kemudahan Penggunaan, Kualitas Informasi dan Kepercayaan Konsumen terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen di situs jual beli online Tokopedia.com. Populasi adalah pengguna internet di Indonesia yang pernah berbelanja secara online pada situs Tokopedia.com. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling, dan mengambil sampel sebesar 160 sampel. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemudahan penggunaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, pada variabel kualitas informasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, dan variabel kepercayaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli Kata kunci : Kemudahan Penggunaan, Kualitas Informasi, Kepercayaan Konsumen, Minat Beli.
