Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transactional leadership organization support, and distributive justice on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sinta Pertiwi Jakarta. The object of this research is a member of the researcher. The study population was 96 employees who took this sample using saturated samples. The sampling method uses questionnaires and data analysis methods using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS). The results prove that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Transactional leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Distributive justice has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Support, Transactional Leadership and Distributive Justice Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi kepemimpinan transaksional, dan keadilan distributif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Sinta Pertiwi Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah anggota peneliti. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 96 karyawan yang mengambil sampel ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil membuktikan bahwa dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja karayawan. kepemimpinan transaksional tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Dukungan Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Keadilan Distributif.
