Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of film completeness on re-viewing interest, reference group on re-viewing interest and service quality on re-viewing interest. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers who had watched CGV Cinemas more than 2 times. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Data analysis in this study used the assistance of Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling where the data processing used the Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 3.0 program. The results of the analysis show that film completeness has a positive but insignificant effect on re-viewing interest, the reference group has a positive and significant effect on re-viewing interest and service quality has a positive and significant effect on re-viewing interest. Keywords: Film Completeness, Reference Group, Service Quality and Re-viewing Interest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kelengkapan film terhadap minat menonton kembali, kelompok referensi terhadap minat menonton kembali dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat menonton kembali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 100 konsumen yang telah menonton di bioskop CGV Cinemas lebih dari 2 kali. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan Convenience Sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (PLS) Versi 3.0. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan film berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap minat menonton kembali, kelompok referensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menonton kembali dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menonton kembali.
