Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work engagement and learning agility on job performance among workers studying in Jakarta. There were 108 respondents among workers studying in Jakarta. The instruments of this research use measurement tools which adapted with 41 items for Job Performance Motowidlo, etc (Khuong & Yen, 2016) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0.859, 17 items for Work Engagement Utrech Work Engagement Scale (UWES) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0.857, 40 items for Learning Agility Lombardo dan Eichinger (De Meuse, 2017) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0.810. . The result showed that there was an effect of work engagement and learning agility on the job performance of workers studying in Jakarta, where rxy = 0.876 and p (sig) = 0.000 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0.763. This shows that the variables of work engagement and learning agility contribute to job performance for workers studying in Jakarta by 76.3%. It means that the higher the work engagement and learning agility a worker studying in Jakarta, the higher job performance. Keywords: Job Performance, Work Engagement, Learning Agility Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Engagement dan Learning Agility terhadap Job Performance pada pekerja yang berkuliah di Jakarta. Ada 108 responden di antara pekerja yang berkuliah di Jakarta. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur yang disesuaikan dengan 41 item untuk Job Performance Motowidlo, dkk (Khuong & Yen, 2016) dengan Cronbach's Alpha 0.859, 17 item untuk work engagement Utrech Work Engagement Scale (UWES) dengan Cronbach's Alpha 0.857, 40 item untuk Learning Agility Lombardo dan Eichinger (De Meuse, 2017) dengan Cronbach's Alpha 0.810. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Work Engagement dan Learning Agility terhadap Job Performance pekerja yang berkuliah di Jakarta dimana rxy = 0.876 dan p (sig) = 0.000 <0.05. Koefisien determinan (r2) hubungan antara variabel bebas X dan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,763. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel work engagement dan learning agility memberikan kontribusi terhadap job performance pada pekerja yang berkuliah di Jakarta sebesar 76,3%. Artinya, semakin tinggi work engagement dan learning agility seorang pekerja yang berkuliah di Jakarta maka semakin tinggi pula job performance-nya.
