Abstract
The purpose of the design of this report is to be able to produce gallon trolley designs gear transmission and have a special suspension. Improve time efficiency in moving goods and also know the performance test results of the trolley The method used in the design of this tool is taking data size, identification of working drawings, and the tools used. Tools and machines used to determine the purpose of writing this report include welding machines, sawing machines, drilling machines. Auxiliary tools used include: meter, steel ruler, vise, combination pliers. The stages of the manufacturing process are the cutting process, the drilling process, the welding process, the turning process and the grinding process. Based on the results that have been achieved from the whole manufacturing process, it can be concluded that the machines used are sawing machines, welding machines and drilling machines. The manufacturing process is by the process of cutting, welding, and turning. The performance test results of this tool can work well and in accordance with its function. The results of the performance of the equipment obtained results can cut the time and steps of technicians to move goods more easily. Keywords: Efficiency, Trolley, Weight, Gallon of water Tujuan perancangan laporan ini bertujuan untuk dapat menghasilkan rancangan troli gallon bertransmisi gear dan mempunyai suspense khusus. Meningkatkan efisien waktu dalam memindah barang dan juga mengetahui hasil uji kinerja dari alat trolley pengangkut barang Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan alat bantu ini adalah pengambilan data ukuran, identifikasi gambar kerja, dan alat yang digunakan. Alat dan mesin yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil tujuan dari penulisan laporan ini antara lain mesin las, mesin gergaji, mesin bor. Alat perkakas bantu yang digunakan antara lain: meteran, mistar baja, ragum, tang kombinasi. Tahapan proses pembuatan adalah proses pemotongan, proses pengeboran, proses pengelasan, proses pembubutan dan proses penggerindaan. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah dicapai dari keseluruhan proses pembuatan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan mesin yang digunakan yaitu mesin gergaji, mesin las dan mesin bor. Proses pembuatan yaitu dengan proses pemotongan, pengelasan, dan pembubutan. Hasil uji kinerja dari alat ini dapat bekerja dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Hasil kinerja alat diperoleh hasil dapat memangkas waktu dan langkah teknisi untuk mimindah barang lebih mudah Kata Kunci: Efisiensi,Trolley,Berat, Gallon air
