Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation and work load to work productivity on employees of PT. Agata Promar sales. The population of this research are employees of PT. Agata Promar sales division amounted 48 employees and the sampling technique using saturation sampling which all the population part are use. The data collection method is to use a questionnaire. Data analysis methods using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Work load has no effect on work productivity. Keywoard : Leadership Style, Compensation, Work Load and Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Agata Promar.. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Agata Promar divisi penjualan yang berjumlah 48 karyawan dan teknik pemngambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Metode pengambilan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Beban Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja
