Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Security on Customer Decisions using BNI Mobile Banking at BNI KCP Arkadia. The data used are primary data by using questionnaires and secondary data from internal BNI. Data were analyzed using Structural and Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (smartPLS 3.0). This research uses explanatory research design with quantitative method. The samples in this study was taken as many 127 respondents, with a purposive sampling technique and methods used are non-probability sampling. The results of this research show that (1) Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use BNI Mobile Banking, (2) Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use BNI Mobile Banking and (3) Security has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use BNI Mobile Banking. Keyword: Usages Decisions, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Security Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use dan Security terhadap Keputusan Nasabah menggunakan BNI Mobile Banking di BNI Kantor Cabang Pembantu Arkadia. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder dari internal BNI. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (smartPLS 3.0). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian penjelasan dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 127 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling dan metode yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan BNI Mobile Banking, (2) Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan BNI Mobile Banking dan (3) Security berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan BNI Mobile Banking.
