Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation and Organizational Culture on Turnover Intention studies on PT. Bhinneka Mentaridimensi located on Jalan Raya Gunung Sahari 73C No. 5-6 Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. The subjects in this study were all employees of corporate division at PT. Bhinneka Mentaridimensi. The number of samples used was 160 respondents using a causal research design. The analysis technique used for this test is descriptive analysis and test instruments in the form of validation and reliability tests. By using smartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.0. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention on employees at PT. Bhinneka Mentaridimensi. Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Culture, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention studi pada karyawan PT. Bhinneka Mentaridimensi yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Gunung Sahari 73C No. 5-6 Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan divisi corporate pada PT. Bhinneka Mentaridimensi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 160 responden dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk uji validasi dan uji reliabilitas. Dengan menggunakan software smartPLS (Partial Least Square) versi 3.0. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, pada karyawan di PT. Bhinneka Mentaridimensi. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, Turnover Intention.
