Abstract
Much research has been done on Firm Value and the factors that influence it. Based on a review of previous research on the effect of the variable Debt to Equity Ratio, Size, and Profitability on Firm Value, shows different result. Thus researchers are interested in retesting the Debt to Equity Ratio, Size, and Profitability and its effect on Firm Value. This study aims to analyze the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Size, and Profitability on Firm Value of Sub Sector Tourism, Hotel, and Restaurant one the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. The population in this research was 29 populations. The sample used was 42 sample were calculated based on predetermined criteria. The data collection method used purposive sampling. The research method uses quantitative methods, the research instrument is financial statements. This study proves that Debt to Equity Ratio, Size, and Profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on Firm Value. While partial Debt to Equity Ratio does not affect the Firm Value. Keywords : Debt to Equity Ratio, Size, Profitability, Firm Value. Penelitian tentang Nilai Perusahaan beserta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya telah banyak dilakukan. Berdasarkan peninjauan atas penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda-beda. Dengan demikian peneliti tertarik untuk menguji kembali mengenai Debt to Equity Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Sub Sektor Pariwisata, Hotel, dan Restoran yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ada 29 populasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 42 dihitung berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen penelitian adalah laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan secara pasial Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Debt to Equity Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan.
