Abstract
The study was conducted at PT Pelita Abadi Sentosa. Companies engaged in the trading of chemicals and fertilizers, especially for automotive. There are three suppliers that can be used by companies for each supply of goods to customers. with varies of performances and prices. Based on these, the researcher intends to aims to examine the priority criteria, priority sub-criteria and alternative priorities and the level of consistency of answers from respondents who are workers at PT. Pelita Abadi Sentosa. In this study, the author use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority of the criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives which will then be tested for the level of consistency of all respondents' answers. The results of the priority order at the criterion level in this study are quality, price, service, and delivery. The global priority sequence at the alternative level is PT X as the first alternative and PT Z as the second alternative and PT Y as the last alternative. The value of the Consistency Ratio (CR) in the pairwise comparison matrix between criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives overall is within the tolerance limits stating that the respondents' answers fall into the valid and consistent categories. Keywords: analytic hierarchy Process, automotive chemicals, global priority, supplier Penelitian dilakukan di PT Pelita Abadi Sentosa. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan bahan-bahan kimia dan pupuk terutama untuk otomotif. Terdapat kurang lebih tiga pemasok (supplier) yang bisa digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk setiap menyuplai barang ke pelanggan. Namun dengan pencapaian performa dan harga yang berbeda. Atas temuan tersebut, peneliti bermaksud untuk mengetahui prioritas kriteria, prioritas sub-kriteria dan prioritas alternatif serta tingkat konsistensi jawaban dari para responden yang merupakan pekerja di PT. Pelita ABadi Sentosa. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode Analityc Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas dari kriteria, sub- kriteria serta alternatif yang kemudian akan diuji tingkat konsistensi dari keseluruhan jawaban para responden. Hasil urutan prioritas pada tingkat kriteria dalam penelitian ini dari yang terbesar adalah kualitas, harga, pelayanan, dan pengiriman. Urutan prioritas global pada tingkat alternatif adalah PT X sebagai alternatif pertama dan PT Z sebagai alternatif kedua serta PT Y sebagai alternative terkahir. Nilai Consistency Ratio (CR) dalam matrik perbandingan berpasangan antar kriteria, sub-kriteria dan alternatif keseluruhan berada pada batas toleransi yang menyatakan bahwa jawaban para responden termasuk kedalam kategori valid dan konsisten.
