Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on corporate value. This research method uses panel data regression analysis with hypothesis testing f test, coefficient of determination and t test. The population used is secondary data from the annual report of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. Samples taken were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. The sample in this study were 105 company data during the 2015-2017 period. The results of this study aim to use SPSS software shows that partially the independent commissioner variable, the number of board of directors meetings, and coporate social responsibility have a significant effect on firm value. While the audit committee meeting had no significant effect on company value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governance dan corporate social responsibilityterhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi data panel dengan pengujian hipotesis uji f, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Populasi yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari annual report perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2017. Sampel yang diambil adalah semua perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2017. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 105 data perusahaan selama periode 2015-2017. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan software SPSS menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel komisaris independen, jumlah rapat dewan direksi, dan coporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan rapat komite audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Nilai Perushaan, Rapat Komite Audit, Komisaris Independen, Rapat Dewan Direksi, Coporate Social Responsibility.
