Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence product quality, process, and location due to people making a decision for using a credit card form Bank Danamon. This research was carried out because when Bank Danamon increases its target, the result is opposite or decreased. Population and sampling responden are costumers of Bank Danamon have used credit card of Bank Danamon that living in Jakarta and satellite city around Jakarta like Tangerang, Depok and Bekasi. This researcher used descriptive quantitative analyzed as a design research method. Data were collected by interview to the respondent by giving them a questionnaire and primary data form Bank Danamon. To analyzed the data, it used SPSS that collected from 99 respondent or customer Bank Danamon . The result showed that product quality, the process of service and location of both Bank Danamon and ATM had a significant effect to make a decision for the customer to choose credit card of Bank Danamon. Key words: Quality Product, Process, location, make a decision to choose, credit card, Bank Danamon . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, proses dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pemilihan kartu kredit Bank Danamon. Alasan dilakukan penelitian ini karena pada setiap tahunnya memiliki target yang meningkat akan tetapi realisasi hasil yang tercapai semakin menurun. Objek dalam penelitian adalah orang yang menggunakan kartu kredit Bank Danamon dan bertempat tinggal di Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif . Pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara pertanyaan terbuka sebagai bahan pra survey dan data primer. Olah data dengan menggunakan SPSS dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 99 responden. Kualitas produk, proses dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemilihan kartu kredit Bank Danamon. Kata kunci : Kualitas produk, proses, lokasi, keputusan pemilihan, kartu kredit Bank Danamon.
