Abstract

This research is aims to know the influence of product quality, cost and service to consumer decision of wet noodle traders. Respondents of this study were conducted on 155 traders around North Jakarta by using convenience sampling. Data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. the results of this study showed that t test product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decision, cost affect the purchasing decision and service affects the purchasing decision. Based on the results of the research, for wet noodle producers to maintain and improve product quality, cost and services to provide benefits from product benefits, maintain quality for the future and to attract traders in making purchasing decisions of wet noodles. Keyword: Product Quality, cost and service for purchasing decision. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pedagang Mie Basah. Responden penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 155 pedagang yang berada di sekitar Jakarta Utara dengan menggunakan convinience sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji t Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bagi pengrajin Mie Basah untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kembali Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Pelayanan untuk memberikan kegunaan dari manfaat produk, menjaga kualitas untuk kedepannya dan agar menarik pedagang dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian produk Mie Basah. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
