Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational environment, emotional intelligence and self esteem on job satisfaction at PT V2 Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 112 employees. Calculated based on slovin formula. The sample used was 88 respondents. The sampling method uses non probability sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that organizational environment variables have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Self esteem has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan organisasi, kecerdasan emosional dan self esteem terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT V2 Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 karyawan. Dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 88 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Self esteem berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
