Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to measure the performance of the UTN campus with the Balanced Scorecard approach, to measure the performance of the UTN campus using the Balanced Scorecard method, and to formulate a Strategic Map plan to improve performance on the UTN campus. SWOT analysis is carried out as an effective tool to analyze the factors that affect the quality of higher education, as a decision-making process to determine strategies. One of the performance measurement systems that can overcome this is the Balanced Scorecard combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting. With the Balanced Scorecard, it is possible to translate the vision and mission as well as university strategies which are arranged in four perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, as well as learning and growth. The number of indicators in the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard is 14 indicators. Determination of the weight of these indicators using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In addition, the performance measurement of this UTN private university was carried out from the four perspectives. Measurement of customer perspective performance in this study was measured using the level of academic service quality using SERVQUAL theory. The results of the study concluded that the customer perspective is the biggest perspective in its contribution to UTN's academic performance. Meanwhile, the key indicators (KPI) that determine academic performance are quality assurance from the customer perspective, UTN's academic performance is in the bad category, and the mapping strategy (Mapping Strategy) of performance indicators at UTN universities based on the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard has strategic targets that become very important. important for achieving the vision and mission of the organization. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menetapkan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) untuk mengukur kinerja kampus UTN dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard, mengukur kinerja kampus UTN menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard, dan merumuskan rencana Strategic Map untuk meningkatkan kinerja pada kampus UTN. Analisis SWOT dilakukan sebagai alat efektif untuk menganalisis faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas perguruan tinggi, sebagai proses pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan strategi. Salah satu sistem pengukuran kinerja yang dapat mengatasi hal tersebut adalah Balance Scorecard yang di kombinasikan dengan pembobotan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dengan Balance Scorecard dapat menerjemahkan visi dan misi serta strategi perguruan tinggi yang tersusun dalam empat perspektif, yaitu finansial, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta perbelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Jumlah indikator pada ke-empat perspektif Balance Scorecard ada 14 indikator. Penentuan bobot indikator tersebut menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Selain itu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja perguruan tinggi swasta UTN ini dari ke-empat perspektif. Pengukuran kinerja perspektif pelanggan pada penelitian ini diukur menggunakan tingkat kualitas layanan akademik dengan menggunakan teori SERVQUAL. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa perspektif pelanggan merupakan perspektif yang terbesar dalam kontribusinya pada kinerja akademik UTN dengan. Sementara itu, indikator kunci (KPI) yang menentukan kinerja akademik adalah quality assurance pada perspektif pelanggan, kinerja akademik UTN termasuk kategori tidak baik, dan pemetaan strategi (Mapping Strategy) indikator kinerja pada perguruan tinggi UTN berdasarkan perspektif Balanced Scorecard memiliki sasaran strategi yang menjadi sangat penting guna pencapaian visi dan misi oragnisasi.
