Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the ef ect of customer focus, supplier focus, process management, quality assurance and competitive advantage on company performance. To examine the ef ect of customer focus, supplier focus, process management, and quality assurance on company performance through competitive advantage. The research method in this research uses a quantitative approach with this type of explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Persada Engineering & Contracting, totaling 53 employees. The sample method used is non-probability sampling. With the sampling technique using saturated sampling. Then the sample size used in this study were 53 respondents. The data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the Smart PLS version 3.2.9 program. The results showed that customer focus has a positive ef ect on company performance. Supplier focus has a positive and insignificant ef ect on company performance. Process management has a positive ef ect on company performance. Quality assurance has a positive ef ect on company performance. Competitive advantage has a positive ef ect on company performance. Consumer focus has a positive and insignificant ef ect on company performance through competitive advantage. Supplier focus has a positive and insignificant ef ect on company performance through competitive advantage. Process management has a positive and insignificant ef ect on company performance through competitive advantage. Quality assurance has a positive effect on company performance through competitive advantage. Keywords : Total Quality Management, Customer Focus, Supplier Focus, Process Management, Quality Assurance, Competitive Advantage, Company Performance Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh customer focus, supplier focus, process management, quality assurance dan competitive advantage terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Untuk mengkaji pengaruh customer focus, supplier focus, process management, dan quality assurance terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui competitive advantage. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Persada Engineering & Contracting yang berjumlah 53 orang karyawan. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Maka besarnya sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer focus berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Supplier focus berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Process management berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Quality asurance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Competitive advantage berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Consumer focus berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui competitive advantage. Supplier focus berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui competitive advantage.
