Abstract

This study performed to determine the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and work stress towards the employee turnover intention of PT. Multi Nusantara Karya with the employees at customer service department as the object of this study. This study was distributed to the 33 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were analysed by Structural Positive and Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (smartPLS 3.0) in order to test all the influences between variables in the model. The results of this study indicated that organizational commitment variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Multi Nusantara Karya dengan karyawan di departemen Customer Service sebagai objek penelitian ini. Penelitian ini didistribusikan kepada 33 responden menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Positive and Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan Partial Least Square (smartPLS 3.0) untuk menguji semua pengaruh antar variabel dalam model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention.
