Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Governance and Intellectual Capital on Financial Performance Empirical Study on Border Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2017. Samples in this study were 80 of 20 companies that met the criteria. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that : the Board of Directors has a significant positive effect on Financial Performance, the Independent Board of Commissioners has no effect on Financial Performance and Intellectual Capital has a significant positive effect on Financial Performance. Keywords: Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital, Financial Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Governance dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Per Bankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 – 2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 dari 20 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Dewan Direksiberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Dewan Komisaris Independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.
