Abstract

Every business person in running his business will always try to maximize the value of his company. The value of the company is closely related to the share price. This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies on firm value. The dependent variable of this study is the firm value measured by price book value (PBV), the independent variable of this study is investment decisions measured by price earnings ratio (PER), funding decisions measured by the debt of equity ratio (DER), and dividend policy measured by the dividend payout ratio (DPR). The research sample used purposive sampling with a population of consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2017 period with a total sample of 84 samples. The results of this study show that the partial t test that investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value. While funding decisions and dividend policies do not affect the value of the firm. Keywords: Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions, Dividend Policy and Firm Value. Setiap pelaku bisnis dalam menjalankan usahanya akan selalu berusaha untuk memaksimalkan nilai perusahannya. Nilai perusahaan berkaitan erat dengan harga nominal saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel dependen dari penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan price book value (PBV), variabel independen dari penelitian ini adalah keputusan investasi yang diukur dengan price earning ratio (PER), keputusan pendanaan yang diukur dengan debt of equity ratio (DER), dan kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan dividend payout ratio (DPR). Sampel penelitian menggunkan purposive sampling dengan populasi adalah perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2017 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa uji t secara parsial bahwa keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen dan Nilai Perusahaan.
